Young teenager's debit card?

I would like to get my 14 year old son a Debit card, mainly so he stops pestering me to use mine to buy things on line. I will then pay his pocket money electronically along with Birthday and Xmas money. I don't want to have to pay fees for it ( I've checked the Talsport one, and you do with that one ) Has anyone got similar ?
