My brother is in serious trouble i need some help!?

Thank God he has you. It sounds like you are his only hope. It's a shame that your parents sound worthless to his health. You have to decide how to help him. Find professional advice. He may or may not have the mental capacity to make it through school. You have to somehow find this out. If he is a gifted artist that is wonderful. Help push him in that direction. There are so many resources out there including government. Might as well take advantage of that. Do whatever you have to do to help him. It sounds like your destiny to help your brother.
