Can someone answer a question regarding Conscious Sedation?

Im having a small heart surgery done, I have SVT, which is an extra bypass on or near the main ventricle system in the middle of the heart where the electric current runs to keep the heart working, sometimes if the heart misses a beat at the right time, it can punch the electricity onto the bypass, which will then go down the ventricle, back up, and loop around. I have to get the bypass burned off and will be put under conscious sedation. will I noticed the entire 4 hours? or will it feel like a few minutes?
