Does he like me or not.. what should i do..?

you should never hold back on how you feel about somebody . the more you hold it in and the more time you spend with him the more feelings you're going to feel and then if he doesn't feel the same way , you're going to end up getting heartbroken over it . me being the person that i am , i would just tell him how you feel because like i said the longer you wait the more your feelings are going to grow for him . its hard to say if he likes you or not . actions speak louder than words , i would have to see how he acts in order to decide that . but , if he does like you and being that he is a dude it might take some time for him to let you know . i don't believe that hes shy , maybe hes just like you . hes afraid to tell you because of what you might say . but , if you don't tell him how you feel i don't think you should stop talking to him because clearly some type of friendship is their . but , you have a choice to make , either keep the friendship or sacrifice it for your feelings .
