Need some advice on what actions to take for my job!?

They let me go because they said i have too many points on my license. So i went to the mvc and they said that i have none at all. So i figured it would be something with my insurance (the lady at the mvc suggested i check up on it). But same no points. Now I have had three accidents but two of them were not my fault. I'm kinda clueless as to what to do any suggestions would be greatly appreciated please Thanks. I'm in New Jersey if that makes any difference.
