How much could I lose?
How much weight do you think i could lose this summer (by sept 6- we start school) I have dance practice monday-thursday from 8-11am we do conditioning, stretching, dancing. i also want to run at least 1 mile every day or at least every other day and do like one or two 10 minute (joanie greggains if u ever heard of her) toning videos. also if i eat right fruit veggies no bread etc.i used to weigh like 200 two yrs ago but lost like 60 lbs over 1 yr. im 5 2 and weigh like 153 lbs. ive gained like 10 lbs since xmas which is HORRIBLE. but my main goal is to reach like 125. what do u think about all this?? how much do you think i could lose if i stuck it through?? :) please help!!!
