What are nonenhancing T2 hyperintense lesions and chorid plexus xanthogranulomas?

I recently began getting headaches with my workouts. It started out of nowhere so my doctor sent me for an MRI. I am trying to understand what it all means and there is not much information. Results say "There are nonenhancing T2 hyperintense lesions within the lateral ventricles bilaterally consistent with choroid plexus xanthogranulomas. Sulci are mildly prominent for age. Any idea what this all means and if I should be concerned?
