It is highly unlikely that a tilt table test will induce an irregular heart beat in you. All that is involved in a tilt table test is that a nurse checks your blood pressure and pulse with the table flat, then they elevate the head of the table and lower the foot of the table gradually, rechecking your blood pressure and pulse with the table at different angles. If your blood pressure drops too low or your heart rate rises too fast, then that is a positive TTT...there's no reason to push it further until you actually faint.
