Interesting and fun informative/demonstrative speech topics?

I have to give a speech for my upcoming class. so my teacher wants us to choose between informative and demonstrative speech. So i'm really clueless right now. Could anyone help me by giving me ideas for the topics. Something that is catchy,fun and useful for teenagers. Do help me. Thanks :)
