How to set up a login on my router?

Ok so I have a linksys WRT110 router and I was wondering if I could set up a thing to make people have to log in to use it. It supports RADIUS and some other security features but I'm clueless as how to set that up. I am very good with eveything else in routers and setting them up but need detailed assistance with setting up a login.
