I've been eating all the junk food my parents gave me for breakfast lately (bacon, fried rice, rice -.-, sausages, you know). But since I'm going out to run every early morning, I can have time to make my own breakfast. So, I would like some ideas on a healthy breakfast. If possible, can you be specific, like what brand of cereal? or how to cook eggs? I'm kind of clueless on what's good and what's not. Thanks !!
